个人简介:

南昌大学基础医学院教授国家“青年特聘专家”,独立PI,博士生导师。

2012年获得日本名古屋大学生物物理学博士学位2014年担任美国哈佛大学/霍华德•休斯医学研究所副研究员2017年入选海外高层次人才青年项目,现任中国青年科技工作者协会理事,江西省青年科技工作者协会副会长,获得江西省自然科学奖一等奖(排名第一,2020年度),以第一作者或通讯作者在Nature(2 )PNAS(2 )Nature CommunicationsScience AdvancesCell ResearchActa Pharmaceutica Sinica BScience Bulletin等期刊公开发表学术论文40余篇。

研究方向:

主要从事膜蛋白相关抑郁、疼痛、帕金森和慢性疾病的药物研发工作,利用结构生物学、基于结构的药物筛选(SBDD)、药物化学和高通量活性筛选等手段,发现了一系列高活性nMpM级别的先导化合物。
