个人简介:

江西大学学士、硕士,美国爱因斯坦医学院博士。现为南昌大学教授、博士生导师,中国科学院院士、发展中国家科学院院士。兼任教育部高校生物专业教学指导委员会副主任、国务院学位委员会第八届生物学科评议组共同召集人、亚太细胞生物学组织理事长、国际细胞生物学联盟副理事长、Cell Regeneration杂志主编及Cell Research、Open Biology、Cell Discovery、Cancer Sciences等期刊编委。连续多年入选爱思唯尔中国高被引学者榜单,曾获中国高校十大科技进展、何梁何利科技进步奖、全国优秀科技工作者、全国创新争先奖等荣誉。

研究方向:

主要运用分子生物学、细胞生物学、生物信息学等多学科手段,通过类器官技术,结合动物模型和组学检测等方法研究成体干细胞自我更新和分化的机制,探索TGF-β、Wnt、BMP等信号调控细胞命运的机制和相关疾病发生发展的机理与临床转化应用前景。率先在国内开展类器官培养技术,创建了一系列类器官培养体系和肿瘤类器官体外药物筛选平台,牵头发起制定了多项类器官团体标准,申请了多项发明专利。
